Chapter 2523: Helsing II

“Ah! It reminds me of the best moment of my life! Watch my every move, dear student. This is how you become a legendary vampire slayer!” Abram Von Helsing stated as his eyes suddenly gained a dangerous glint.

Abram Von Helsing’s shotguns suddenly glowed as a powerful enchantment manifested on them. These enchantments were all special spells that Abram Von Helsing has personally created. It was spells that used the properties of his own blood and transferred them to the mana bullets that he created.

“Bullet Time!” Abram Von Helsing stated as he twisted his body and then spun wildly.

A slew of bullets suddenly flew all over which actually hit all of the vampires that charged towards him. The hundreds of vampires that entered the room to help Kov and Tryapka were all killed. The loud explosion of bullets and bodies of vampires created such a fascinating sight. Adrian had no choice but to protect himself from the sudden rain of vampire blood.

The vampires wanted to escape and run away but the orders were absolute. All of them that were commanded to help were all slaughtered in the end. Only two vampires stood in the entire area as they were the only ones strong enough to create a barrier that withstood Abram Von Helsing’s attack.

Kov and Tryapka did not become unscathed though as they could be seen having some minor wounds. They have holes in some parts of their bodies that they were unable to defend. Kov looked displeased by Tryapka is still the same as she has never recovered from the absolute command that she received.

Adrian was only observing for a moment, but he suddenly saw the health bar of his sister drop to half in an instant. He knew that this was not normal which is why he needed to send someone inside to help her. A solo fight against a Blood Queen would not have been easy for Solstice as the one she is currently fighting is not weak. The Crazed Blood Queen Bathory is the vampire that is only under the Crazed Blood Queen Akasha.

Each Crazed Blood Queen has special Blood Magic that they can use. The Crazed Blood Queen Bathory can create small undetectable blood strings that can cut anything. Solstice might have great control of her own blood but that does not mean she cannot be killed. Even she gets damaged physically when her own body cannot take it.

“Lycan, you need to help my sister.” Adrian stated in his serious voice as he teleported Lycan back to him.

Lycan immediately knew that Adrian was not joking around because he did not use brother-in-law. If Adrian was not serious then he would be joking about in his speech. The Adrian he saw is not the playful one which means that he thinks that Solstice might really be in a difficult situation.

“How? She is trapped in that pocket dimension?” Lycan asked.

“Do not worry as I already managed to unlock the pocket dimension. I started to decode it as soon as she activated it which gave me some ample time to find out its structure. I was not just standing here and doing nothing all this time.” Adrian stated.

“Ok then.” Lycan replied.

“What? Are you fleeing from our fight? I thought werewolves were fearless and ruthless. Who knew that they would turn tail and run!” Kov teased but he cannot really say that easily because Abram Von Helsing was still here and attacking both him and Tryapka at the same time.

“Go now. I will finish this battle myself.” Adrian stated as he instantly created a red portal that is connected to the Blood Prison.

“Take care of yourself and good luck.” Lycan stated as he entered the portal and vanished.

“The werewolf is gone, and the demon is protecting the kid. I guess I could team up with that mind-controlled freak to take down this vampire hunter.” Kov thought as he looked at Adrian’s direction to see the demon talking to the kid, but the demon vanished as he took another look.

“Argh!” Kov shouted as a piercing pain suddenly entered his right shoulder.

Kov looked at his right shoulder and could see a dagger lodged inside of it. He wanted to look at the one that pierced his shoulder, but he immediately felt the danger. Kov maximized his entire physique and made it as hard as it could be. The sound of a dagger hitting metal rung as Adrian’s other dagger failed to pierce Kov’s neck.

Seeing that he was unsuccessful, Adrian immediately retreated as he disappeared from his current location. Kov then proceeded to heal the deep injury on his shoulder as soon as possible. He thought that he could regenerate it but there was this unknown dark flame that made it impossible to heal.

“What is this!?” Kov shouted but he suddenly felt chills once more and he immediately jumped away from his location.

A crisp sound of air being cut could be heard as Adrian’s form manifested once again behind Kov. Adrian intended to go for the neck or back once again, but it seems the survival instinct of the enemy is far greater than he realized. Kov turned around and could finally see the form of the demon as he looked vastly different now.

Adrian is in his Twin Dagger Form which looked like a hooded assassin but there is also something extra. Kov could see that most of Adrian’s body is not fully corporeal as if he became a ghost. Adrian fused with Charon which is why he is much more difficult to sense but it seems Kov’s own senses are too sharp to be easily fooled.

“To think that a proud demon would be an assassin.” Kov stated but Adrian could be careless from the insults as he stepped his foot forward and suddenly turned to mist.

“I could just attack the kid since he is no longer protecting him! I could use that kid as hostage.” Kov thought.
